| INTERSWITCH LIMITED APPOINTS DOTUN SULAIMAN AS NEW CHAIRMAN |
InterSwitch Limited, Nigeria’s
premiere and leading transaction switching and
electronic payment processing company, today
announced that the company's Board of Directors
has named Mr. Adedotun Sulaiman, the present
Chairman of Accenture Nigeria, as new Chairman
of the company.
Mr. Sulaiman assumes the role
from Mr. Evans Woherem, former Executive Director,
Information Technology, First Bank Nigeria Plc.
Mr. Sulaiman has over 24 years professional
experience. He obtained a First Class degree
in Business Administration from the University
of Lagos in 1975. He also attended Harvard Business
School for the Programme Management development
workshop Seminar in 1980.
He joined Accenture in 1978 and during this
time, he has been involved as the engagement
partner on several transformational engagements
which have included Strategic Plan Development,
Organization Design/Review, Human Resource Management,
Systems Development, Technology Planning and
Process Re-engineering.

On March 1, 2005 Mr. Sulaiman took on a new
role as the Chairman of Accenture Nigeria and
is currently working on opening up opportunities
for Accenture in new countries throughout Africa.
